Job summary

Diageo España SA is seeking an Asset Care Team Leader (ACTL) to lead a maintenance crew on assigned equipment. The role ensures safe, efficient execution of planned and unplanned maintenance with a focus on continuous improvement and on‑the‑floor leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising mechanics, coordinating with planners, and driving adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards while managing time and materials through SAP.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or a technical field required.
• Minimum 5+ years manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance; drive systems and transmissions.
• Experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, food safety and environmental compliance on the crew.
• Distribute and plan work orders and job plans; supervise mechanics.
• Manage payroll, overtime, and absenteeism per site standards.
• Lead on-the-floor supervision and training (OJT).
• Drive changeover and changeover parts management.
• Collaborate with Planner/Schedulers to prioritize backlog.
