Diageo is seeking a dedicated Technical Operator to join our 24/7 beverage production team. You will operate equipment across rinser, filler, capper, labeler, and packaging lines, support setup/changeovers, and ensure GMP compliance while maintaining a safe work environment.

Flexibility for 8/10/12-hour shifts is required. You’ll handle SAP transactions, material movements, inventory records, and quality checks, with emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Early-career professionals seeking to build foundational experience in the beverage industry.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
• Valid forklift operator’s license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Operate line equipment (rinser, filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer) per safety and quality standards.
• Perform line changeovers and time reduction tasks (SUTR).
• Troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and support AM/PM maintenance.
• Maintain logs and perform SAP transactions for ingredients, bulk liquids, inventory and shipments.
• Support GMP, MSS, 5S and sanitation practices; participate in continuous improvement.
