Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and health overnight, reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters and enabling legendary customer service. You will handle replenishment, price changes, and merchandising with a focus on efficiency and accuracy across departments.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of experience, plus ability to work overnights and operate systems like System Two and RF/Gizmo

Qualifications

• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Supports inventory management with on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, etc.
• Performs temporary and permanent price change execution including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Supports visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, end caps and floor moves.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• All other duties as assigned.
