Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations and ensure legendary customer service during overnight hours. This role focuses on non-selling tasks to create dedicated time for efficient completion of tasks and replenishment across departments.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and about two years of experience. You will work with System Two and RF/Gizmo devices, handling planograms and replenishment with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Replenish all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks.
• Perform price changes, including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Assist visual merchandising: fixture replacement, updating signage, end caps and floor moves.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines.
• Support omni-channel fulfillment during peak periods.
• All other duties as assigned.
