Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support store operations overnight. The role focuses on non-selling tasks to maximize selling time and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include replenishment, price changes, inventory counts, and merchandising updates across departments. The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience, with the ability to work overnight shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock or low stock inventory.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas.
• Supports inventory management with counts and shelf integrity.
• Executes price changes including tagging and signage.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments.
• Supports visual merchandising and planogram execution.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak times.
