Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support overnight operations and health of the store campus. You will focus on non-selling tasks to enable efficient completion and preserve legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and about two years of experience. You will assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory, and price changes while working overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in retail or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general replenishment across departments.
• Assist inventory management with counts and displays.
• Execute price changes, tagging, and signage.
• Conduct recovery tasks like folding, repackaging, and re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising and fixture/setup tasks.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
