Responsibilities include opening/closing stores, inventory prep, stock replenishment, handling cash procedures, and resolving IT issues. Strong leadership and customer service focus are essential for achieving sales goals in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Model Company Service standards and behaviors with every customer; resolve escalated inquiries per policies and procedures
• Train and perform all register/cash handling/Loss Prevention functions as outlined in SOPs
• Facilitate opening and closing of stores
• Direct replenishment of merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Ensure merchandising standards are executed per guidelines
• Coordinate and align team resources to maximize sales and service
• Resolve basic IT/register issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment; report injuries immediately
• Prepare for and participate in inventories; verify high risk counts
• Achieve sales goals by adhering to performance metrics and executing events
• Communicate daily with the team and seek ways to drive business
