Responsibilities

• Model Company Service standards and behaviors with every customer; resolve escalated inquiries per policies
• Train and perform register/cash handling/Loss Prevention per SOPs
• Facilitate opening and closing of stores
• Direct replenishment of merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Ensure store merchandising standards are followed per guidelines
• Coordinate and align team resources to maximize sales and service
• Resolve basic IT/register issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment; report injuries and concerns
• Prepare for and participate in inventories; verify high risk counts
• Achieve sales goals by adhering to performance metrics and promotions
• Communicate daily with the team to drive business through product, processes, or people
• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
• Coach and train Associates; foster relationships within the airport community
• Monitor performance and provide input on Associate reviews and counseling
• Other duties as assigned
