Job summary

National Car Rental is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at the Boise Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental process. You will greet customers, assist Emerald Aisle members, and ensure accurate documentation at the exit booth to help speed transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be located in Boise within 30 days.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Assist Emerald Aisle members by offering refueling option.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding area in neat condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers at the exit booth.
• Assist customers with directions and local information; resolve issues as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet service levels and goals.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
