Accommodations Plus International is seeking an Airline Support Specialist to be on-site at the airline partner’s office. You will handle hotel and ground transportation reservations, maintain strong partner relationships, and deliver professional customer service.

The role requires full-time, overnight work with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Proficiency in reservation systems and strong written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background preferred.
• Experience in airline/hotel/travel domains is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison with airline partner, providing support and training.
• Process client requests from the airline through the API Operations system.
• Follow up on all client requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve best outcomes for client and API.
• Use reservation systems (ACES, Hotel Express, IHRS) to track and resolve needs.
• Adapt to irregular operations and be on call when needed.
