Responsibilities

Serve as on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support and training.
Process client requests from the airline through the API Operations system; ensure prompt, accurate responses.
Follow up on all client requests to ensure satisfaction and timely completion.
Notify supervisor of critical items requiring management involvement.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best outcome for the client and API.
Resolve disputes calmly; research and present solutions based on facts.
Use reservation systems (ACES, Hotel Express, IHRS) to track and fulfill needs.
Adapt to irregular operations and be available for overtime as needed.
Learn API call center methodologies and complete recurrent training.
