Job summary

Tradewind Aviation, LLC is seeking an Overnight Aircraft Operations Readiness Agent for the seasonal overnight shift. The role focuses on safely positioning aircraft, towing, and preparing the fleet for the next day’s operations, coordinating with Operations, Dispatch, Maintenance, and flight crews.

The ideal candidate will have airport ops experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision, including weekends and holidays during the season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in airport operations or ramp operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain airport credentials.
• Experience with towing, ground handling, and aircraft cabin prep preferred.
• Fluent or functional English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review overnight aircraft movements and morning priorities.
• Tow, reposition, and park aircraft as trained and authorized.
• Coordinate with supervisor and teams for ramp movements.
• Secure overnight aircraft with chocks, cones, and safety measures.
• Clean and restock cabins; report issues or maintenance needs.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are ready for next day’s ops.
• Communicate with ATC/Ground Control using standard phraseology.
• Provide clear handover of aircraft status and priorities.
