Tradewind Aviation is seeking a Seasonal Overnight Aircraft Operations Readiness Agent in San Juan, PR. The role involves safely positioning aircraft, towing and parking, ramp inspections, and coordinating with Operations, Dispatch, and Flight Crews to prepare the fleet for the next day’s operations.

The ideal candidate will understand airport operations, follow towing procedures, work with limited supervision, and maintain accurate shift documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in airport operations preferred.
• Valid tug and towing qualification preferred; training required before independent operation.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review overnight aircraft movements and prioritize departures.
• Tow, reposition, and park aircraft as trained and authorized.
• Coordinate movements with supervisor and teams while maintaining ramp awareness.
• Secure remain-overnight aircraft with chocks, cones, closures, and protective measures.
• Inspect and prepare aircraft cabins; report damage or maintenance concerns.
• Stage equipment and supplies for morning departures; ensure areas are clean and stocked.
• Follow airport security, ramp-driving, and radio procedures.
• Provide clear turnover of aircraft status and priorities to the next shift.
• Notify Dispatch of unsafe conditions and resume work after authorization.
