Job summary

Allied Universal in Richmond, VA is seeking a Security Officer (Unarmed) for full-time overnight shifts. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and assist employees and visitors while delivering excellent customer service in a financial institution setting.

Responsibilities include patrolling, responding to alarms, and documenting incidents. This on-site role offers competitive pay at $18.73 per hour and a schedule of Wed–Sat nights from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution following access-control procedures.
• Monitor and manage access by verifying credentials, logging visitors, and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
• Document incidents and share information with site leadership and management.
