Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Experienced Full Time Weekdays in Richmond, VA. You will patrol, deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors.

This full-time role covers Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21.63 per hour. A background check and drug screen are required, and licensing may be needed by local laws.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors and exteriors to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document activity.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, and visitors to maintain a welcoming environment.
