Allied Universal in Richmond, VA is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Operations Full Time. You will patrol banking areas, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service at a financial institution. The schedule is day shifts with multiple daily start times, and pay is $21.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience required.
• Background check conducted in accordance with laws.
• A Guard Card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigations and drug screening required where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document observations.
• Complete required reports and communicate security information to leadership and site contacts.
