Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the location, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain incident, patrol, and shift documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders.
