HighTower Advisors, LLC is seeking a skilled Overlay Management professional in a hybrid NY area role. You will rebalance client portfolios, manage trades, and ensure accurate cash flows while maintaining tight risk and compliance controls.

The position requires 2–5 years in trading/portfolio operations, with strong Excel and SQL capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across advisory and operations teams. A base salary is offered with discretionary bonus.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in trading or portfolio operations, execution, or overlay/centralized portfolio management.
• Hands‑on experience with OMS/EMS, TAMP platforms, portfolio optimizers, and trade blotter workflows; run‑group configuration and runbook maintenance.
• Trade lifecycle, settlement mechanics, cash management, and tax‑lot accounting.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas); SQL or equivalent a plus.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related; advanced degree a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Overlay management: Rebalance client portfolios to policies; generate trades per triggers.
• Trade execution: Transmit rebalance orders to custodians and monitor allocations.
• Cash management: Process ad‑hoc cash requests and track settlements.
• Reconciliation & compliance: Daily reconciliations and audit trails.
• Cross-functional support: Liaise with advisors, managers, compliance, custodians, and vendors.
