Job summary
Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC seeks a Trader & Portfolio Operations Analyst to support investment and operational functions, including trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, and system maintenance. You will generate business analytics and contribute to operational excellence across the practice.
Location: Onsite in Deer Park, NY. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, with eligibility for variable compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- FINRA Series7 License Required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading, portfolio operations, or wealth management.
- Hands-on experience with Orion Eclipse.
- Working knowledge of Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing custodial platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute equity, fixed income, mutual fund, and ETF trades across client portfolios.
- Rebalance portfolios in accordance with investment models and advisor recommendations.
- Monitor asset allocation drift and implement portfolio changes as needed.
- Assist with tax-conscious trading strategies and portfolio transitions.
- Review and reconcile trading activity to ensure accuracy and best execution.
- Ensure all trading activities comply with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
