Job summary

Wealth Enhancement in Deer Park, NY seeks a Trader & Portfolio Operations Analyst to support investment and operational functions, execute trades, rebalance portfolios, and maintain portfolio systems. The role requires collaboration with advisors and staff to deliver accurate results and exceptional service.

The onsite position offers base salary between $80,000 and $90,000, with eligible variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
FINRA Series 7 License Required.
Minimum 3 years in trading, portfolio operations, or wealth management.
Hands-on experience with Orion Eclipse.
Working knowledge of Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing custodial platforms.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute equity, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETF trades across client portfolios.
Rebalance portfolios per investment models and advisor recommendations.
Monitor asset allocation drift and implement changes as needed.
Assist with tax-conscious trading strategies and portfolio transitions.
Review and reconcile trading activity for accuracy and best execution.
