Job summary

ForceSource is seeking an experienced Overhead Door Operations Manager in the United States Midwest to lead installation, maintenance, and service projects. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate multi-project efforts while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability across overhead door operations.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and excellent communication to manage teams, vendors, and client relations on complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling and project coordination capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overhead door installation and service projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Procore.
• Oversee procurement, estimating, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors with a focus on safety and quality.
• Review plans and specs to ensure accurate execution of project scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety policies on sites.
• Utilize Prolog or HeavyBid for scheduling, tracking progress, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and document progress and changes for accountability.
• Maintain thorough project records, change orders, and progress reports.
