Job summary

Linetec is seeking experienced Overhead Distribution Crews to safely deliver construction, rebuild, maintenance, and storm hardening of electric distribution systems. Crews must include a Foreman, Journeyman Lineman or Lineman A, Lineman B, and Apprentice, working together to meet safety and quality standards.

CDL license or ability to obtain a CDL permit within 60 days of hire is required. Work is outdoors in variable weather; English fluency is essential; strong teamwork and safety focus are

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident drug screens.
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Journeyman Lineman.
• Oversee crew administration and equipment management.
• Collaborate with employees, customers, and the public.
• Follow all safety and performance standards.
• Maintain time and material records for the job.
• Complete required company safety training and other required duties.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Support leadership with additional responsibilities.
