Job summary

Ace Industries, Inc. is seeking an Overhead Crane Technician in Phoenix, AZ to troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists. You will perform preventive maintenance and support customers by coordinating repairs with office staff and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
• Support customers by interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers.
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements.

Position: Overhead Crane Technician

Reports To: Branch Manager

Employee Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $31.00- $42.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
• Support customers by effectively interfacing with customer and office in repairing equipment as needed.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers.
