Job summary

Ace Industries, Inc. is hiring an Overhead Crane Technician to diagnose, repair, and service overhead cranes and hoists in a branch setting. You will perform preventive maintenance, interface with customers, and assess repair needs to keep equipment reliable.

Responsibilities include documenting actions, maintaining safety standards, and delivering timely service while upholding professional appearance and customer rapport. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
• Support customers by interfacing with customer and office to repair equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend required repairs for customers.
• Maintain rapport with customers by addressing complaints and proposing improvements.
• Service crane systems with installs, inspections, warranty work, and repairs.
• Document service actions via forms, reports, and checklists.
• Build customer confidence with timely responses and clear problem communication.
• Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, and organization.
