Job summary

Konecranes is seeking an Industrial Technician to service electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists across customer sites in the United States. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform inspections, and support customers while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred), 1 year of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel and occasional nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent training preferred.
• At least 1 year of electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel/out-of-town as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric overhead cranes and hoists at customer locations.
• Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.
• Document findings and recommend corrective actions, including safety notifications.
