Expect a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm) with a base rate of $26.92/hr plus $2.00 shift diff, totaling $28.92/hr. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with overhead crane operations preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate 15-ton overhead bridge crane in galvanizing dept.
• Monitor products in tanks and baths to ensure quality.
• Inspect crane setup using gauges; wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Operate radio-controlled crane safely during processing.
