Qualifications

• Three months experience operating the Oven in Manufacturing environment.
• Language: read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English.
• Able to write routine QA reports and correspondence in English.

Responsibilities

• Set oven controls to specified temperature and bake times.
• Adjust controls to maintain product specifications.
• Monitor oven profile temperatures during production gaps to prevent overbaking.
• Notify plant supervisor when product is out of specification.
• Maintain log sheets required for Quality Assurance.
