Job summary

King’s Hawaiian is actively seeking team members to support bread and roll production in our Ohio facility. This role involves operating and overseeing various pieces of equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work on a shift basis, rotate through stations, and collaborate with foremen and teammates to keep lines running smoothly while keeping the area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions written in English.
• Ability to write routine quality assurance reports and correspondence in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Attend to roll dividing equipment to straighten dough balls to meet product specs.
• Attend to bread rounding equipment and place dough balls into trays to meet specs.
• Supply other employees with empty pie tins and monitor conveyors for jams.
• Inspect products for damage or conformity to specifications and notify supervisor of non-conformance.
• Push materials between machines on a dolly and move pans to conveyors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform sanitation duties per safety procedures.
