King's Hawaiian is seeking an oven/production operator to join our Oakwood plant. You will manage the oven and depanning equipment to ensure bread and rolls meet quality specs, while assisting with dough handling and assembly tasks on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Prior general warehouse/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate oven and depanning equipment to meet product specs.
• Attend to roll dividing and bread rounding equipment as needed.
• Monitor conveyors, clear jams and load pans and trays.
• Assist mixer by loading ingredients and feeding hoppers.
• Keep work area clean, sanitize equipment and report issues.
• Assist in training new staff and support shift handoffs.
