Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper and three years minimum as an oven operator.
• No educational prerequisite; must be able to read, comprehend and record necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature level and proofing time.
• Prepares oven by setting temperature and speed controls.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Checks proofed dough to ensure proper rising and makes adjustments as needed.
• Monitors proofer/oven operation and corrects malfunctions.
• Follows company safety and work rules and other duties as directed.
