Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience as a helper.
• Three years minimum as an oven operator.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and record necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality proofing and baking of product according to set standards.
• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature level and proofing time.
• Prepares oven and sets controls for speed and temperature.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Monitors dough proofing for proper rising and makes adjustments as needed.
• Monitors operation of proof box and oven and fixes malfunctions.
• Follows company policies and safety rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
