Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience on a manufacturing line.
• Minimum of three years as an oven operator.
• Working knowledge of proofer procedures and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature; controls proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Monitors proofed dough and adjusts temperature, humidity, and proofing time as needed.
• Monitors oven and ancillary equipment to ensure proper bake; detects and corrects malfunctions.
• Follows safety rules and company policies; performs other duties as directed.
