Qualifications

• Reliability: dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Physical stamina to work in a hot environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Basic hand tool skills and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, managing cycle times and temperatures to spec.
• Load molds, charge them with material, and unload finished parts.
• Follow standard operating procedures to keep quality and safety consistent from part to part.
• Use hand tools to make adjustments and work through minor machine issues.
• Record production counts, temperatures, and mold cycles accurately.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order, and report problems to your supervisor early.
• Work with your shift team to keep parts moving and hit daily production targets.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
