Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass background screening, physicals, and comprehensive drug testing including hair follicle analysis.
• Minimum of two years in a related manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and production instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and promote a hazard-free environment.
• Clean and maintain ovens, lamination tools, and related equipment.
• Operate VPO equipment and bake-out ovens per standard procedures.
• Set up oven and lamination machinery with minimal supervision and meet production specs.
• Assist in stacking laminated components safely and efficiently.
• Document production activities and maintenance checks for quality control.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure production continuity.
