Qualifications

• Requires reading and interpreting basic blueprints and production instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred (2+ years).
• Proficiency in data entry and clear communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion workplace safety by adhering to all safety protocols and promoting a hazard-free environment.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of ovens, lamination tools, and related equipment to ensure reliability and quality.
• Follow standardized procedures for operating VPO equipment and bake-out ovens to maintain consistent results.
• Prepare and set up oven and lamination machinery with minimal supervision per production specs.
• Assist in stacking laminated components safely and efficiently to support workflow and inventory control.
• Document production activities and maintenance checks using company data entry systems.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure production continuity and address issues.
