Job summary

Kalwall Enterprises Inc. is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team on the second shift. You will load materials onto feed reels for lamination equipment, assist with setup, and monitor processes to maintain product quality.

You will record production information, follow safety procedures, and help with other line functions as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and replenish raw materials onto feed reels for lamination equipment.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers as directed.
• Make and monitor machine adjustments to maintain uniform resin thickness and product quality.
• Monitor material flow to ensure continuous feeding and uninterrupted production.
• Record production information and notify supervisors of equipment or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with other production line functions and manufacturing operations as needed.
