The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, code quality through reviews, and active participation in Agile planning to drive business value. Strong SQL, architecture knowledge, and programming expertise are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of OutSystems development experience.
• 3–5 years experience in traditional software development (.NET, Java, JavaScript, or Python).
• OutSystems certifications.
• Strong SQL and relational database design knowledge.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture practices.
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience gathering business requirements and SDLC concepts.
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and collaborative skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems, including new development, enhancements, and integrations with other systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and delivery of business value.
• Address users’ system issues escalated by the Support Center/Help Desk
