THF CPAs, a Tallahassee-based accounting firm, seeks an Outsourced Accounting Staff to support client engagements in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The role focuses on accounting services, reports, and timely delivery, with opportunities to build client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of accounting experience or a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and comfort communicating data. In-person work at our Tallahassee office offers growth and team engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounting services or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting entries.
• Balance general ledger by preparing trial balances and reconciling entries.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents and reports.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
