Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs (THF) is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Staff member for our Tallahassee office. This in-person, full-time role offers the opportunity to build client relationships while delivering high-quality accounting services, including A/P and A/R processing, ledger accuracy, and financial reporting.

Competenze

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years accounting services or related experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to assume responsibility for assigned work without undue supervision.
• Highly proficient with Excel.
• Experience with Bill.com and QuickBooks preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
• Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
