Job Description:

As an Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center’s outside sales and bring in new business through outside selling efforts. Your focus should always be on increasing sales, attracting new customers, maintaining existing accounts, expanding penetration into current accounts, and providing a positive experience for clients.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products, services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ensure all clients have a positive customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to customers.
  • Consult with customers to assist decision-making; upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
  • Gather customer specifics using “Job Analysis” questions.
  • Ask probing questions and review proofs, managing the proofing process.
  • Notify customers when jobs are ready for pickup.
  • Create timely, professional, and accurate job estimates.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Utilize MIS tools effectively for project creation and estimation.
  • Maintain current pricing strategies and billing procedures.
Business Development Functions:
  • Assist in networking and external sales activities.
  • Support all aspects of the selling process.
  • Follow up on new leads and growth opportunities.
  • Manage targeted direct mail campaigns.
  • Keep customers informed about their job progress.
  • Proficiently use CRM tools for communication and management.
Qualifications:
  • Outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of printing and prepress requirements is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of MIS systems and order entry processes.
  • Professional and respectful communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information:

Pay structure is 10% commission with no base salary. There is no cap on earnings. This is an excellent opportunity with a highly respected business located in Las Vegas, just south of the Las Vegas Strip.
