What You’ll Do

  • Sell technical die-cut components and converted materials to clients inmedical,industrial,electronics,automotive, and other markets.
  • Identify new potential opportunities through qualifying while prospecting: research, referrals, conductcold calling and proactive prospectingto build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage and grow territory throughnew business development and long-term client relationships.
  • Partner with customers to develop and deliver custom-engineered solutions.
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and executive teams to solve complex challenges.
  • Conduct domestic and international travel as needed. Candidates must possess a valid Real ID and Passport for travel requirements.
  • Other job duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B consultative sales experience in sectors such asmedical devices, electronics, automotive, adhesive converting,die cutting, orfilm extrusion
  • Proven track record in technical sales, especially with new product development teams and engineers
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI
  • Excellent relationship-building and territory management skills
  • Ahunter mentalitywith the persistence and confidence to prospect new accounts
  • CRM experience and a structured sales process
  • Energetic, personable, and success-driven
  • Must be based in theChicago area
