Job summary

Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, is seeking a part-time Outside Services Attendant to support outside operations, golf carts, and the training of guests and staff in facility etiquette.

As an associate of Troon, you will provide courteous guest service, assist with bag handling, club cleaning, start of play, and keep rental club records. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match.

Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club, located in Santa Rosa Beach FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Services Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$14.00 per hour

Summary:

The Outside Service Attendant assists the outside operations manager in day-to-day member service with golf carts and practice facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
