Job summary

Lakewood Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Outside Services Attendant for a seasonal 6-month or shorter assignment. The role supports golf operations, manages the golf cart fleet, and greets members and guests with a professional appearance.

You will attend to carts, restock and maintain the cart barn, assist with tournaments, and follow course policies as directed by management. Ideal candidates have strong guest service, good communication, dependability, and a friendly

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receives and communicates complains to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour

Summary

As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Outside Services Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
