Troon is seeking a dedicated Outside Guest Services Attendant for The Club at Hammock Beach in Palm Coast, Florida. This full-time role supports guest satisfaction through bag handling, club cleaning, and coordinating start of play, while promoting a welcoming golf-club experience.

Qualified applicants should have at least one month of related experience and maintain reliable attendance. The position includes healthcare, a 401(k) with employer match, and PTO in alignment with company policies.

The Club at Hammock Beach, located in Palm Coast, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Outside Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Guest Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Guest Services Attendant:

• One month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
