Baylands Golf Links in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a part-time Outside Guest Service Attendant to provide friendly, first-class service to members and guests. You will assist with bag handling, club cleaning, and guiding players, while supporting start-of-play operations and rental-club coordination.

As part of the Troon family, you’ll join a global leader in golf and club management, with opportunities to grow in hospitality operations and customer service in a team‑oriented environment.

• Regular and reliable attendance.

Baylands Golf Links, located in Palo Alto, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate:

$17.30 - $18.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
