Job summary

Loma Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach, CA, is hiring a part-time Outside Service Attendant to help provide a positive member and guest experience while learning golf club operations.

As an associate of Troon, you will assist with bag handling, club cleaning, educating players about the game, directing start of play, rental club check-in/out, and supporting food and beverage tasks. Benefits include healthcare and 401(k) with employer match.

• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Loma Santa Fe Country Club, located in Solana Beach, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

$16.90 - $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
