SouthernCarlson is seeking a customer-focused Outside Service Technician to travel to customer sites in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment. You’ll train customers on proper operation and coordinate service scheduling to ensure satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have repair experience with pneumatic or electric power tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proven ability to work independently while prioritizing safety and quality.

We're looking for a customer-focused Outside Service Technician who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical problems, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you'll travel to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment while providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to support our customers' operations.
Experience repairing industrial equipment, pneumatic tools, or electric power tools required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Construction or industrial supply industry experience preferred
Valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
High school diploma or GED required
