Job summary

The Fountaingrove Club in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Golf Course Outside Services Attendant. You will support clubhouse upkeep, assist in tournaments, and provide friendly guest service. Must live in Sonoma County and bring a cheerful disposition. Compensation is $18.00–$18.21 per hour.

Responsibilities include cart handling, start-of-play assistance, equipment maintenance, and guest assistance throughout events. Previous experience is a plus, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to all guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area, podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains cart storage and cart wash down areas in neat condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Helps educate players about course policy, cart policy and speed of play.
• Assists players by changing golf spikes when needed.
• Performs range maintenance and manages practice facility supplies.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Keeps records of golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting golf clubs and cleans returned clubs.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers' clubs after play.
• Incorporates safe work practices; performs other duties as required.

The Fountaingrove Club (TFC), is actively seeking a Golf Course Outside Services Attendant. If you love the game and have a fascination for fairways you might be the candidate we seek. You must have an outgoing and cheerful disposition, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for learning. Must live in the Sonoma County area.

Compensation: $18.00 - 18.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
• Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
• Performs range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Services Attendant:

• One month related experience or training.
