Poston Butte Golf Club in Florence, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking an Outside Service Attendant to join our hospitality-focused team. You will support golf operations, greet members and guests, and help with bag room, cart staging, and range maintenance.

We value outgoing personalities, a customer-first mindset, and a valid driver's license. Golf course experience is preferred; healthcare and retirement benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, maintaining the bag room & cart barn, attending the bag drop, maintaining the practice range, and more.

Job Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
• Experience working in golf course settings preferred.
