Job summary

Redhammer Roof Group in Kansas City seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships in both commercial and residential roofing. You will follow up on leads, present estimates, and close contracts while maintaining high ethical standards.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions, with realistic first-year earnings up to $150,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of account management or sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer relations while upholding high ethical standards.
• Achieve revenue targets by following up on leads, attending estimates, and submitting contracts promptly.
• Promptly follow up with provided leads.
• Independently generate new leads (canvassing optional).
• Attend company sales training sessions and meetings to improve sales performance.
• Document all roof and property conditions and update CRM per company procedures.
• Ensure value-based selling with ideal clients.
• Maintain gross profit by managing pricing and assembling production packages.
• Develop market share by forwarding leads, inviting reviews, and networking with industry professionals.
• Provide timely project knowledge and communication with Sales Manager, Production Manager, and/or Service Manager.

As an Outside Sales Representative at Redhammer Roof Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customers' first impressions. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and upholding high ethical standards in all your interactions and communications.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize customer relations and maintain high ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience (+3 years) as an account manager or sales representative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of sales performance metrics
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with industry-specific sales techniques and best practices
• Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary and Benefits:

Full-time

Base salary $50,000 plus commission

Uncapped commission potential (realistic first-year earnings up to $150,000)
